Vineyards: A blend of higher altitude vineyards around the village of Fyteia
and the warmer, lower elevation vineyards adjacent to the village of Trilofos. Vines are 25 years old.

Miroclimate: The microclimate in Naoussa region is warm continental with moderate levels of rainfall being spread equally throughout the seasons. The cooling winds from Mt Vermio are crucial for the quality of the grapes.

Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked, 75% destemmed and maceration lasts for 18 days. The fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks and it is complete after 1 month. Maturation: 3rd use 500L oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Characteristics: Elegant aromatic character of fresh black fruits and herbs. Complex and balanced. Vibrant acidity and round tannicstructure. The aftertaste is long.
