Collection 242 is the 242nd blend from Louis Roederer, a multi-vintage champagne made from a selection of plots situated in the heart of Champagne's finest terriors. Collection 242 is dominated by Chardonnay, which lends the wine its aromas of ripe, sweet fruit complemented by sublte, oaky notes. The palate is rich and ripe with a luxurious texture that coats the palate. Pinots Noir & Meunier  add intensity, smoothness and juciness to the wine. The finish is energetic and fresh with a touch of salinity.
