Purchaser agrees to the following terms: Minimum membership requirement 90 days. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, cancellation takes 30 business days to complete. *HOPV Dollars are added to the member's Wine Card following the first 90-days of membership. Following the initial 90 days of membership, members will receive HOPV Dollars every six months. The reward does not roll over and is forfited if not claimed within that six-month reward period.
