Nectar Pedro Ximenez wine is a wine made from Pedro Ximenez of vineyards. The grapes before vinification, undergo the process of "soleus" once harvested are dried in the sun, causing the water to evaporate grape concentrate and sugar. Subsequently, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain a must with a high sugar content.
