About This Wine Rich and very well balnaced, DEAU XO is excellent straight but also very interesting over ice.  Deep amber color and mahogany nuances. Floral (jasmine, violet) and fruit aromas (dry plum, cinnamon).   Refined and elegant flavors, with delicate touch of oak wood. Ample, well balanced with an extra smooth finish.
