The Wine Club Calendar
or How Our Wine Club Month Works (the months following initial sign-up):

  • Beginning of the month until the 16th - Make your selections. You can change your mind as often as you like until midnight on the 16th.
  • 17th - 18th - Your card is charged.
  • 19th - 20th - Wine orders are placed based on everyones selections.
  • 22nd-24th (ish) - Wines are delivered to the store and an email is sent out for pickup. Because our suppliers delivery by day of the week and not date on the calendar, the date varies.
  • Delivery: If you have your wines delivered, we do our best to get them to UPS and FedEx by the end of the month.

Wine Cards & HOPV Dollars 

Each wine club member receives a Wine Card that will be pre-loaded with an amount based on your membership level. The wine card will also give you a discount on Wine by the Glass.

Members will receive their Wine Cards immediately upon joining and be able to take advantage of the discounts, however HOPV Dollars is a loyalty reward and will not be added for 90 days. 

Following the initial 90 days of membership, members will receive HOPV Dollars every six months. The reward does not roll over and is forfited if not claimed within that six-month reward period.

Tastings:

Wine Club Members may book Tasting on Demand for a percentage off based on their member level. There is not limit to the number ot Tasting on Demand experiences that may be booked, the only requirement is that the member is in good standing at the time of the tasting.
 

Managing Shipping

Shipping is not automatically included. We offer shipping via UPS and FedEx at a flat rate of $15 for 2 bottles and $20 for four. You can toggle shipping on and off as needed from your Member Dashboard. You can even have your wines shipped to a different location if you are going to be away for a few months.

 

How long do you hold my wines?

Currently, we will keep your wine selections for 60 days. Following that, we will give you wine, but it may not be what you initially selected. Please watch for updates to our wine holding policy. 


 

I'm still on the old system, how do I change over to the new one so I can pick my wines?

Changing over is easy:

  • First, make sure you have an account on the new website.
  • Then, click on Wine Club at the top then Join Wine Club.
  • Make your selections, then go to the payment screen to securely re-enter your financial information.
  • As soon as you complete the transaction, you will be cancelled in the old system.

 

Where do I go to select my wines each month?

When you log in to your account on our website, you are taken to page that looks like this:

Click on Manage Wine Club Subscription, then Manage Upcoming Orders, then click on Make Your Selections.

The system automatically makes selections based on the last time you selected (if you opted for a full-body red and a sweet wine, a full-body red and sweet wine will be automatically selected for you). Unselect those wines, make your choices, save, and close.

 

I would like the Somm to pick my wines.

If you prefer to have our Sommelier select your wines each month, simply email Shelley and she will take care of the rest. Anytime you would like to begin making your selections again, just let us know.

 

Can I pause my subscription?

We know that, from time to time, you need to take a break. You can pause your subscription for 1 month or 2 months. Send us a request by email.

 

My situation has change and I may need to cancel. 

Life changes. Things happen. The House of Pure Vin Wine Club can flex and change with you! If you are moving, you can add delivery. If you want to trim your finances, you can change your club level and still get discounts on your favorite wines. We are here to work with you. If you do need to cancel, requests have to be submitted in writing (all account change requests need to be handled in writing) and cancellation takes 30 days to fully process. You can reactivate your membership at any time.
