The color is a gentle pink with salmon notes. The nose offers ripe black cherry fruit with lightly toasted notes. In the mouth, the flavors are full and well rounded, with aromas of red fruit. There are light, minty notes underlined by a touch of grilled almond that pop on the palate.

Winemaker Notes

Made from hand-selected Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown in some of the finest microclimates throughout Champagne. Following harvest, grapes are pressed immediately in press houses in the vineyards. First press juice is only used, and blending is done after primary fermentation. The final cuvee completes secondary fermentation and then is aged for over 4 years in the bottle.
