Fior d'Arancio DOCG sparkling wine is obtained from yellow muscat grapes grown on the slopes of the Euganean Hills in an ideal environment to express their maximum fragrance and aroma. From the gentle pressing of the grapes a must is obtained, which following fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts, gives rise to this particularly pleasant and joyful sparkling wine.
