Château Mont-Redon has long been regarded as one of the best producers of white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, as well as one of the largest, owning some of the best limestone terroir that suits some of the white varieties so perfectly. This wine features zesty lemon grapefuit, tart appel, quinine, white peach, white blossoms, and honeysuckle. The finish has lingering hazelnut, honey, white trufle, and is reminiscent of acacia with a hint of a mineral finish.
